Party MixGFCF Party Mix

2/3 cup melted GFCF Butter Substitute or vegetable oil ( mix the oil and butter substitute to equal the 2/3 cup)
4 Tbs. GF Worcestershire Sauce (Soy free recipe below)
2 Tbs. GF Soy Sauce (Soy Free Soy Sauce recipe below)
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 ½ tsp. GFCF Seasoned Salt
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
¾ tsp. Onion Powder
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. chili powder
Dash of pepper
9 cups of mixed GFCF Dry Goodies (I use Pretzels, Rice Crunch’ems Cereal, Robert’s Corn Sticks, Roberts Veggie or BBQ Booty, Corn Flakes, etc.)
1 cup Dried Fruits (optional)
1 cup Nuts (optional)

Preheat Oven to 250-275 F.

1. Melt butter and add all sauces, juice, and powders in a large bowl. Stir well.
2. Add dry ingredients to the bowl while continually stirring. Do not add the Veggie or BBQ Booty.
3. Place mixture in a large, flat bottomed roasting pan in a thin layer.
4. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
5. Cool on paper towels in a single layer.
6. Add the Booty, Nuts, and Fruits if desired.
7. Store in airtight containers. I prepackage everything in single serving baggies for quick grab snacks.
